I don't know about their tire service. They can replace components that are obvious. However, if it is work that requires some level of diagnoses, beware. These guys replaced parts on my Jeep when I took for a vibration issue. They replaced steering and front end parts. Their workers complained my Jeep was dirty underneath with mud. They could not figure it out after replacing these parts and charging me for it. I took it to a real mechanic who quickly and correctly found the issue was a front drive shaft issue. Spent $1,600 dollars her for a $600 problem. Owner had the nerve to ask me what the problem was. I just wanted to say lack of of qualified mechanics.

Rude! Called to let them know the tire we wanted to purchase. The salesman said they would be here by the time we got to the store. We arrived, gave them the keys and he told us it would be 45-50 minutes until it was done. We walked to a restaurant nearby and ate lunch. We walked back to the tire shop and the car was still sitting in the same spot. This is an hour later. I walked in a and said, "not even close yet?" the salesman said we'll get to it soon. Well soon was 45 minutes ago. We ended up waiting for another 45 minutes for the car to be done. Just give me an accurate time. We had other appts to be at today and had to miss one of them.

Picked up a commercial truck in Lubbock to bring back to Canada. The tires on the truck were extremely under deflated. Stopped in with no appointment and they accommodated my immediately. They did not push me into tire replacement or try any funny business. Charged a very modest fee for the help. Great group of guys.

The team here was very kind to my mother, she came in with a very damaged tire and was taken care of and treated with respect. They made sure she was safe to drive that day and didn’t try to upsell her into something being her needs. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

This tire I choose. It’s a cheaper but a rough look. Got these about 1 month ago. This is my 3rd set of tires. It’s ranks #1 with me. Low road noise and smooth riding. But I do keep up with alignments x2 yearly and maintenance on suspension. Hands down a damn great tire. 4 stars putting sticker weights instead of the weights that go on rim. Yes there was room in the back. Other than that. Great service and amazing people.
